Your Input Needed: Official WFP 2019 National Survey

2018 was an incredible year for all of us at the Working Families Party, and for our greater progressive movement.

We took back the the House and elected a fearless new generation of progressives to Congress and in the states. We helped turn ideas like a $15 minimum wage and Medicare for All — once mocked by establishment pundits — into mainstream campaign planks for Democrats.

We also faced a lot of challenges. 2018 was our second full year under the Trump presidency, and Republicans doubled and tripled down on their attacks and their white supremacist, billionaires-first, authoritarian agenda.

But through thick and thin, you didn’t budge. In fact, you only grew more resolute. And now you’ve helped put our progressive movement in an incredible position heading into 2019.

We’re already planning our next steps here at WFP: mobilizations, legislative campaigns, our next big endorsements… even the 2020 presidential race. But we need input from YOU — the people who make all this work possible — before we decide.

Can you spare just a few minutes to fill out the official year-end Working Families Party survey? Your voice, your activism, your support — THAT’S what drives all of us at the Working Families Party. And we’ll read every answer and make sure we’re fully aware of your priorities for 2019.

Here’s the truth: there is almost an infinite number of issues we could tackle in the new year. But we’re part of a movement, and that means working together and deciding how to fight back.

So when you fill out your answers, and tell us your priorities for next year, we promise we will read every single answer. It might take a while, but your input is going to be critical to us as we solidify our policy priorities, endorsements, and how to engage on all of the opportunities facing us in 2019 and 2020.

We don’t only want your feedback, but we truly need it. In early January, we’ll be meeting as a team to go over each and every one of your answers. So we hope you’ll take a minute to answer a few short questions and help us as we prepare for 2019, 2020, and beyond.

Thank you for everything. We couldn’t do any of this without you.
