Members from the Colorado Working Families Party dropped off hundreds of postcards from constituents of Rep. Lauren Boebert, urging the first-term Congresswoman to support the president’s Build Back Better Agenda

Members of the Colorado Working Families Party delivered over 800 postcards to Rep. Lauren Boebert’s Pueblo district office this afternoon from constituents who urge the freshman congresswoman to support the Build Back Better agenda currently before Congress. Organizers from the party knocked on more than 7,000 doors to collect the postcards from voters in the San Luis Valley (Alamosa and Monte Vista) and Uncompahgre Valley (in and around Montrose), and found overwhelming support there for the Build Back Better Agenda.

“Rep. Boebert is free to feel however she wants about the president’s agenda. However, her feelings and her actions in congress are at odds with the constituents she was elected to represent. Voters remember these things. As her constituent, I’ll remember this next November.” – Kiera Hatton Sena, Colorado Working Families Party State Committee Co-Chair
