Meet WFP’s Aurora Slate
The only real progressives in the race for Aurora City Council.

John is an award winning professor, a father, a community champion, and a progressive Democrat running for city council to help Aurora move into its next great chapter.
Council Member Crystal Murillo, Ward I
Crystal has served Ward 1 the past four years, leading on housing, increasing access to the economy, and fighting for justice for all.
Bryan Lindstrom, Ward II
Bryan is a Hinkley history teacher, union organizer, and is running because we can’t solve issues that impact his students like stagnant wages, unaffordable housing, and climate change from the classroom.
Ruben Medina, Ward III
Ruben is a community organizer, high school wrestling coach, and former firefighter/EMT who raised all three of his kids in Ward 3 and is ready to start building a more sustainable, affordable, and inclusive Aurora.
