Fauzia Rizvi is the only Democrat in the running to represent our communities in the State Assembly. Fauzia is a water expert, systems engineer, small business owner and community leader with the experience needed to tackle our most urgent issues – including job protections and wages, climate disasters, the housing crisis and small business recovery. During the pandemic, Fauzia founded a nonprofit to alleviate needs that weren’t being met by our governments – such as support for essential workers, food assistance, COVID testing and other services. 

Fauzia is running against an ultra-conservative Orange County resident who doesn’t live in the district. We don’t need another empty suit placed in Sacramento by corporations. We deserve an ally from the district who understands the struggles of working families in Riverside County – and will answer only to the people.
